- Custom-Built Products (Street Rod, Classic Truck, CNC Work): These grille inserts are made to order. Processing time varies depending on current order volume — we’ll follow up directly after your build request to confirm an estimated timeline before production begins.
- In-Stock Products (Muscle Car Line): These items typically ship within a few business days of your order, though processing time may vary.
Shipping Costs & Transit Time
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Transit time depends on your distance from Bellwood, PA and the FedEx service selected.
Domestic & International Shipping
We ship within the United States. If you’re located outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us at dan@alumicraft.com or 814-742-7405 to confirm shipping options and costs before placing your order.
RETURNS
Custom-Built Products (Street Rod, Classic Truck, CNC Work)
These grille inserts are made to order and built specifically to your specifications after you submit a build request. Because production begins as soon as we confirm your order, custom builds are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once production has started. If you need to cancel before we’ve begun machining your grille, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do what we can.
In-Stock Products (Muscle Car Line)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened and in original, unused condition to qualify for a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at dan@alumicraft.com with photos of the damage and the original packaging. All orders ship via FedEx, and we’ll file the claim on your behalf — you won’t need to deal with FedEx directly. We’ll replace or repair the item once the claim is processed.
